Honiron^® Corporation is a fully integrated manufacturer of a wide variety of process equipment. We specialize in "custom equipment" fabrication for many different industries. No project is too complex for our experienced staff of engineers and fabricators. Whether the project is a skid mounted pilot plant or the expansion of a factory, Honiron^®’s staff is capable of producing a quality product and on time delivery.

Design and/or fabrication details may be provided by the customer or Honiron^® can produce the complete design with our experienced staff of engineers. In all cases designs and drawings are protected and kept confidential between Honiron^® and our client.

Equipment Design

Honiron^® Corporation has the capability, personnel, quality control system, and state-of-the-art computer software to design equipment to most major codes and standards. Some of the many design/fabrication codes used are ASME Section VIII Div I, API, National Board, TEMA, US Coast Guard, American Bureau of Shipping (ABS), Det Norske Veritas (DNV), Lloyds of London, UL 142, and other jurisdictions. Many purchasers of non-pressure tanks also specify ASME code construction in order to take full advantage of the strict quality controls that ASME demands.

Our experience includes heat exchangers (ASME and TEMA), pneumatic tanks, steam trays, coils, API and ASME tanks, conveyors, bulk storage silos, offshore skid units and many other heavy steel fabrication projects

Shop Capabilities

Work at Honiron^® is carried out using sophisticated CNC equipment for cutting, welding, pressing, shearing, and machining. The precision of the CNC equipment coupled with our hundreds of man-years of experience, insures that our customers can count on quality-manufactured products.

Products and Services that Honiron^® has provided to our customers range from as small as a single module (skid mounted) micro filtration unit all the way up to a 100,000 square foot evaporation station. Countless types and sizes of projects can be undertaken by the staff at Honiron^® Corporation.
